Best motherboard and heatsink for barton 3200+(400fsb)

Hi, I'm loooking to getting this cpu and was wondering which mobo will be the most stable, and which heatsink will cool down the cpu the most? I heard nf7-s v1.2 is good/
 
get the a64 2800+. its currently cheaper hten the xp3200+ and is faster. its also socket 754, but you dont have to worry about it going away. socket 754 will stick around for a bit for amd's budget of the line cpu's: sempron.
 
im thinking of getting the MSI Neo platinum board. What kind of memory should I get? fsb 400 or 500? what brand
