best motherboard and cpu

Can anyone tell me where is the best place to buy a amd duron 750 and a motherboard with it. I want to overclock it hopefully to 1 ghz.

Jcshopper seem to have the lowest price most of the time.
Their reseller rating doesn't seem bad.
Their 800 number is busy most of the time though.

Seems top dog is the Abit KT7 raid. (also available without raid) If I were building an athlon system now this would be the one I buy.

the abit kt7 is a good board, most people really like it and it's very easy to overclock the processor on it
