best mother board for p4 1.6a?

what is the best mother board that can over clock really good with the p4 1.6a. right now i have the p4 with the p4s333 and i want to over clock it more so i need the best motherboard that can over clock the p4.

How much ram do you want to run?

Many of the best overclockers only do so with a single stick of memory. Pretty much any of the i845g boards are good. The 4G4A is popular for the price, but I had issues with the RAID board. The ASUS P4B533 and P4B533-V have made good showings. People have complained about the P4B533-VM (microATX) version not doing as well.

THe p4B533-VM isnt good due to lack of voltage adjustments.

I use the abit-BG7
I have my 1.6 @ 2.66 and 166fsb.
Vcore is 1.6v

2 sticks of 256mb Ram at DDR333 voltage at 2.6v

right now i have mines oc to 2.4 with the p4b333 with 256 pc2700 ddr. i just got my watercooling case in and want a new mother board to to better. i am also planning on buying 512 ddr. should i buy pc3000? will that do any better than pc 2700?
