Best monitor for $200?

What would be the best monitor that I can get for around $200. Prefer 17" flatscreen. Looking in to the Viewsonic A or E series. any suggestions?

1. Samsung 755DF(1280x1024@75Hz max) ~$180
2. NEC MultiSync FE700+(1280x1024@66Hz max) ~$200
3. Hitachi CM621(1280x1024@65Hz max) ~$175
4. KDS AV-7TF(1280x1024@60Hz max) ~$165
