I am looking for the best retail 19" monitor (non-LCD) I can buy at a Best Buy or CompUSA. It has been awhile since I have bought a non-LCD monitor, so any help would be appreciated. Price range: $200-400

The Samsungs and viewsonics are worth consideration, as well. Which model depends on what you want- the flat screen Samsungs don't support the resolution/refresh of their non-flat siblings, for example.
