I'm looking for a reasonably priced mobo that has the following:

FC-PGA
Onboard graphics
Onboard LAN
Micro ATX preferably
Must be very stable!

Any suggestions?

Either Intel D815EEAL Easton board with integrated i752 graphics, LAN and sound, or the ASUS CUSL2-M, with similar features. Both are very stable. Overclock is available on the CUSL2-M, but not on the D815EEAL. The CUSL2-M is a micro-ATX board.

Try something that uses the SiS 630E all-in-one chipset.

ECS has a selection of mATX mainboards using that. They all have LAN, VGA, and sound integrated as well as an AMR slot for a modem. SiS 630E is way cheaper than Intel 810E or 815E chipsets, and so are the boards.

The SIS630E based boards may be cheaper, but their performance is sub-par, as shown in Anand's review.

SiS 630E is reasonably fast in 2D graphics and business applications - and that seems to be what f300rc is after. The extra money spent for an i815E mainboard just doesn't make any difference in performance IN THAT FIELD.
