Best mobo under $80 matched with agoia 1600+ ???

I need some advice on this. I want to match a simple mobo with an overclockable XP to fsb(166MHz)
I don't need:
RAID
USB 2.0
ATA133
LAN

I do need (or want)
KT333
any audio

What I've seen in the $80 range is:
