best mobo, memory for A64 3000+

I'm set on buying an a64 3000+ with 939 socket. What is the best mobo/memory combo for the best(lowest) price. I don't want to spend too much money.

Not a bad combo at all here, but you have many other choices as well that will be in the ballpark of these two figures As far as being the "best" thats up to you and what you want

I got the msi k8t neo 2-fir and 1024mb of crucial value ram(the cheapest i could find). the motherboard was 130$ CDN and the ram was under 200$ CDN.
Overclocking is great and definately not worth it to spend more money on an expensive mobo
