Best mobo for $

I'm about to build a new rig and wanted a few opinions on which mobo i should get. The specs I'm pretty certain about are as follows:

-Antec 900 black steel case ATX
-Intel Quad core 6600
-Corsair xms2 4gig. pc6400 ddr2 800
-Antec True Power Trio TP3-550 ATX12V 550W
-Evga 512mb 8800gt
-Western Digital Caviar SE WD3200AAJS 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM
-ASUS Black 18X DVD-ROM 48X CD-ROM ATAPI/E-IDE DVD-ROM Drive Model DVD-E818A-BK OEM
-Windows business 64bit

I was considering a 650i asus mobo, but if there's a better one i can get for under $150 i'm open to suggestions.

Personally I would be getting an Asus P5K-E with an Intel P35 chipset and ICH9R chipset. Best bang for buck. $140 approx

yeah the asus one cozumel mention is really popular, the abit ip35-pro is also nice for around the same price range.

Thanks, I was curious about that one, I think that will be the one i go with. Is the southbridge HS a hassle to get off?
