Best MOBO for the $$$?

I want to start building another computer, im gonna be gettin into some cashflow with a new job and i want to know what the best mobo for my money is? im gonna be overclocking although i dont know what processor im gonna get yet? maybe you guys could recommend a good cpu/mobo combo that would go together nicely for o/c'ing purposes.

That's the exact combo I ordered a week ago! Should be arriving this
week. Those Duron 650s are CHEAP! Maybe I will even be able to hit like 800-900 with it, then it would sure be much power for little $$$!
