Best mobo for the Tualatin Celerons?

A friend of mine is planning to build a rather economy budget system with the Tualatin core celeron 1.0A/256KB cache. Any suggestion for a motherboard with good overclocking capabilities for the celey to run at 133mhz?
 
I like the Asus TUA266 which you can run DDR or SDRAM.
Also the Asus TUV4X is nice both are good overclockers
and retail around $80.
