I would prefer one with an ISA slot, but recommend what you think is the best mobo for oc'in and all around best. Thanks

Well, the board of choice around here seems to be either the MSI K7T Pro2(A), or the tried and true Abit KT7. Provided your CPU is unlocked, you can tweak the multipliers through the BIOS very simply on these two boards, no messing with jumpers like on the Epox 8KTA series.

BTW, the MSI board lacks an ISA slot, replacing it with a CNR slot.

I am an ABit man but I am sorta leaning towards the MSI or EPoX. I can buy a PCI hardware modem, its just an extra expense I don't really need. Thanks for the info.

I have the Epox 8KTA2 mobo. It is really stable and I have had no problems with it or with the Epox 8KTA+. They are also really easy boards to setup.
