Any ideas? I'm looking for a fairly new mobo that will handle a 2.4c right now, and then will handle a 2.8c or 3.0c later on with ease.

Any recommendations?

If your not going to overclock get an Intel D875PBZ. Awesome motherboard, great stock performance.

For the price and your requirements, the Intel boad is value for 875 board. But if you want to save money and lose a little performance, the 865 chipset is good value board.

The price range is 100 and above. I would get the Asus since the Intel isn't that much cheaper.

Wouldn't the quality of an Intel brand board be better than an Asus board or any other brand? Essentially isn't the Intel BRAND the Gold Standard for boards as far as quality goes?
