best mobo for around 150$ ? ( z68 )

hello I wanted to know if you have any suggestion for a good z68 board .
my current config im getting
I5 2500k ( will try to get 4,5-4,8ghz )
ati hd 7850 (will try to water cool if I find a block for it )
corsair ax 750
corsair vengeance 8gb 1600
WD 1tb caviar blk 6gb/s
silverstone rv02

btw , if you have any suggestion on other part I could change for better(for approx same price )

If that's all you are running, you probably don't need a 750w PSU.

z77 ? new stuff alway cost a ton :$

750w is short,
700w is with oc cpu, 2 gpu, 3-4 usb device, custom water cool
