quite a few sites have liked the msi kt4 ultra (all variants, the fanciest being the FISR version which has integrated gigabit ethernet, 6channel audio, serial-ata and ide RAID, usb 2.0, and firewire. little prcier than most boards, but for all the stuff included on the board i dont see why that would matter. i'm running the kt4 ultra right, and one of my friends just bouht the FISR version and loves it. he's running an AXP 1600 @1800 (200x9.0) and its rock solid, if i ever get around to unlocking mine i will do the same.
if you look at the kt4 in that page you listed the only major cons were a "sleazy bios" and board layout. first, i've got no problems with the "sleazy bios", i find it to be powerful and easy to use. fsb, multiplier, vcore, vdimm, vagp, all dram timings, agp timings... its all there. secondly, the board is a little cluttered, but with so much integrated on the board, its difficult to get every connector in the "perfect place."
that said, i dont want to take anything from the soyo board. its a solid performer and you wont be disappointed it, but i think you might also give the msi board a looksee.
