Best Mobo for AMD 64 3000+ OC

I am going to build a new rig. i wanna OC a AMD 64 3000+ and i am wondering what the most stable, OC friendly and fastes board is? price is not that much of an issue...

I dont need sound or onboard LAN (would be nice though)

I do want RAID though

I would say ChainTech VNF-250...but I know people are going to complaint about other issues of the board, like cpu temp reading. Others might suggest MSI Neo Platinum...

I just purchased the EPOX board for the latest computer I'm building. Im interested in building a 64 as well.
