what i would like to get

this one is the same thing but 10 dollars cheaper...dont see anything really different about it. what do you think?

both of the ones above at the ATI chipset.
then there's the NF4
here are the two choices. one of them has 4x sata and the other 2x. besides that i dont see much of a difference.
side by side comparison of the two foxconn nf4 mobo

i dont have much preference as to what chipset i use. i am reallly leaning towards the two jetway with the xpress chipset (JetWay A210GDMS and JetWay A210GDMS-Pro) because they have a better onboard audio which is a big plus for my z-5500. do you guys think its better to wait and get the JetWay A210GDMS-Pro(out of stock everywhere i looked cept ebay) or just go for any of the other mobo that are avail right now? are there any other choices for mATX mobo that i should consider? thank you in advance guys. i really appreciate the help.

edit: honestly, it ALL depends on the ability for the mobo to run my z-5500 with the onboard with one jack open for a mic. besides that, for what i need, both the msi and jetway have all the bases covered(dont plan on doing much OCing..at least for now).
newegg is being a little b**ch and doesn't have the jetway in stock
so if the S/PDIF will work with my speakers then ill go with the MSI (which i woould appreciate it someone could confirm that for me)
and if the jetway becomes available on newegg before i get some sort of information about this SPDIF in/out thing then i will spend the extra 10 bucks and just go for the jetway.

Hi Faboloso, the only difference between the Pro and non-Pro Jetways is that the Pro has onboard 32MB frame buffer. Since you're buying a X800XL you don't need it 😀

awesome, thank you very much aria! that certainly helps in making my decision 🙂 now just gotta wait till the 5th when newegg has it in stock and im on my way to having a kick ass system!!

Why the JetWay over an MSI board?

I was looking at this one for myself not too long ago. It doesn't seem to have as many audio outs as the JetWay, though.

hmmm it DOES have S/PDIF in and S/PDIF out....hmm....now if i only knew what s/pdif was. but i think my z-5500 has s/pdif in...im going to try and look for it but i dont really know what im looking for. can someone help me out with this. if i AM able to connect the speakers that way then i might just go for that board since i was considering that one if it wasn't for the audio outs. thats why if you notice, the two boards that i picked had 6 audio jacks.

edit: on the back of the speaker's console it says 'digital' and underneath it says 'coax'
on newegg, under the specs for the msi board, it says that the board has 1x Coaxial. if im able to get one of those cables then i should be good right? is it the same cable as those red/yellow/white wires that you use with TVs and VCRs?
if i am able to use the spdif then that saves me money when i buy a mobo and will help me get my rig up and running much quicker since i dont have to wait for the jetway mobos to be restocked. thanks for all your help guys!!

Don't get the MSI if you plan on overclocking, no options for it whatsoever. Jetway overclocks and with the latest beta bios, the ram dividers are working.

me not know how to overclock. its kinda sad. not...i take that back....thats VERY sad and pathetic. i wanna try it but ive just never gotten around to it. for now, since i have a 3700+ i dont think i need to OC much. maybe down the road i will have to OC it a few hundred mhz. ive heard its pretty easy to hit 2.4-2.5 on stock with the SD cores...but honestly, i doubt i will even do that.
