Alright, my friend has been switching from FFXI and WoW for over a year now because he gets bored. He is looking for a good MMORPG. He has cable internet, a decent computer (can run WoW and alike games with lower-mid graphic settings). He will pay up to around $15 a month. Charge to initially buy the game would be best if minimal but if it's worth it, you gotta do what you gotta do.

So really, I know there is always talk about a game vs another, but I want to know out of all of them out there, which is the best and most worth-while MMORPG. Thank you for your input.
 
mmo's are subjective... one's opinion can't really help another. It's up to your friend to really experiment around in beta tests/free trials to see which one he really likes.
 
If he can only get low-mid graphics settings on the ugliest MMO on the market(WoW), then he should invest in a new system rather than an MMO.
