Best mid-tower case with great airflow / cooling?

I have a full tower right now, but I like mid-towers a lot better. I have a 3.0ghz with 1 gig of RAM and 4 hard drives. This makes it difficult to fit into some cases, but I know there are some mid tower cases that it will fit in. A transparent side window would be nice, but it isn't required. Aluminum would also be good as the main material.

Something like this Lian-Li case would be great (Link Here).
I actually originally had it in this, but the Q-Fan control was speeding the CPU ran up to like 8000rpms, and it was getting too hot. Since then I have gotten a new heatsink and fan and I also found out how to disable the Q-Fan control now.

Any thoughts on what case to get? Should I try that Lian-Li again since I have better heat displacement for my CPU or are there cases similar to that one with better airflow?

Thanks!
