Best Microphone Attachment Accessory for Headphones?

Like what this fellow did with his Audio Tecnica ATH-AD700's. This appears to be a "Labtec" microphone, but I couldn't find one on Amazon quite like it. Which company would make the best and/or most reliable microphone that one could attach to audiophile headphones?
