Sure, it's not 'real' mexican food but whatever.

It may not be "real" mexican food but then again it's about as close as you are going to get in most areas and it's so gooooood. :p

I don't think there is any chain restaurant that serves the best authentic Mexican food. Taco Cabana down here is great for Tex-Mex fast food, and of course Chipotle makes bangin' burritos, but neither of those chains qualifies as real Mexican food.

A little taqueria is your best bet, but I know those don't even exist in parts of the nation. If the place advertises menudo on the front of their menu, it's a good bet you're getting authentic food. :p

Eh, Los Betos is a chain. They have like 200 restaraunts, and the authentic to the point that I can go across the border and get the exact same food. And yes, the serve menudo.
