Best method to stress-test PSU

Is there a specific benchmark (Furmark, Orthos, etc) that can be used to push CPU & GPU to max in order to measure peak power consumption? Or would you have to run two (or more) benchmarks simultaneously?

I got highest watts consumed doing Furmark. This was higher than Furmark + Intel Burn test. Probably depends on your GPU + CPU, but that was with an overclocked 4850, which is kinda middle of the road in power consumption and an e7200 @ 3.5 GHz.
