I dont understand the layer diagram.
I assume its just that, shows the layers in the lasagna correct?

That's because it's scampi... you cook it on a stove or grill, and any chef should know how to properly do it.

Cute and innovative, but kinda hard to follow.

For instance, the shrimp scampi diagram seems to indicate that you put the shrimp in before you melt the butter.
It would be less confusing if the ingredients were also listed in order of use and if there were some way to indicate the "when" as the open box leading to the ingredient name makes it look like everything goes in at time 0.

Also, the scampi recipe blows 🙂
