Best method for connecting IPOD to stock car stereo

umm, unless your stock car stereo has a line in jack, you pretty much discounted your only options. Have fun wearing headphones in a car, I guess...

Yeah, you can just install Bluetooth into a stock stereo. I'm sure there's an adapter for that somewhere...


If you don't want to upgrade your system, and it doesn't have line inputs, then you'll have to consider the FM/cassette options, there is no other way.

Depending on what sort of stock stereo you have, it may be possible to wire your ipod directly to your stereo via auxillary input.

There is also the FM tranciever option. It broadcasts to your radio at a low FM station.

I don't need anything better than a stock system. Sounds pretty damn good as it is. Don't need something that everyone for 3 blocks in every direction can hear.

Line in adapter to the stereo aux (if applicable) should work. The morons at Best Buy can't grasp it or maybe they just want us all to buy a Griffin FM adapter that sucks.
