Yes, open up notepad and put this in:

<HTML>
<a href="http://clanid.gamedaemons.net/id.swf">Click me!</a>
</HTML>

Then, save it as clickme.html and open it. Then right-click save as on Click Me!

It's been a while since I've done html, so I'm not sure if I'm missing anything.
