I just upgraded mo to CUBX and cpu to a PIII 800mhz/100mhz system bus. I would like to try to overclock but believe next step is to change current pc100 memory to pc133 to do so. Any suggestions on what brand and configuration I should purchase, minimum 128mb. thank you.
 

The 100 in PC100 is a minimum, not a maximum. Try overclocking with your CAS/RAS BIOS settings at 3-3-3 and see how high you can go. You might be surprised how well that RAM will do. Sometimes PC133 RAM is labeled as PC100 just to meet market demand.
