Question Best memory for Asus ROG Strix Z690-A setup?

My config is currently:

• Intel i9-12000k
• Asus ROG Strix Z690-A
• G.Skill Trident Z 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200, CL16-18-18-38, 1.35V
• Asus ROG Strix LC 240 AIO front mounted
• Phanteks Enthoo Evolv with intake fan on front and exhaust on rear - no fans in top of case

I'm looking to move up to 64GB and faster memory. So a few questions:

1. I have 4x dimm slots - would it be better to try to get 4x smaller modules for tighter timings or 2x larger modules? Motherboard only supports dual channel, not quad
2. The motherboard states support for up to 5333(OC), what are the best modules to achieve such speed?

Only available in 8GB DIMMs so you would need 4 of them and still only get a max of 32GB. Plus, you would have to pay a LOT.

Review is not that impressive. From this same review, the G.Skill modules OC'ed to DDR4-4800 perform much better.
