best memory for Abit KD7

I have an Abit KD7 mobo and am looking at adding a 512 stick of memory to replace two 256mb sticks that I have right now. I'm wondering which of the following people reccomend:

Corsair CMX512-2700C2 512MB DDR333 PC2700 XMS (~$90)
or
Kingston KVR333X64C25/512 512MB DDR333 PC2700 (~$75)
or
Kingston HyperX KHX2700/512 512MB DDR333 PC2700 (~$90)
or
Crucial DDR PC2700, CL=2.5 ? Unbuffered ? Non-parity ? 6ns ? 2.5V ? 64Meg x 64 (#CT6464Z335, $75)

I'm not a big time gamer and am not doing any overclocking. I'd be interested in everyone's take. Also, if anyone would suggest Ultra or Muchkin, I'd be interested in takes on those brands as well.
