What of these memories are best regarding price, mostly bh-5 and 3500 -3700EB, but also 3200xl, have the oppurtunity to buy 3200xl for 325 or 3500EB for 285, i think 3500EB is better, but maybe bh-5 is the best solution?

The board i will use will most likely be the MSI K8N Neo Platinum, but other choices are EPoX 8KDA3J , and Chaintech VNF3-250, any thoughts on choice of board?

If you are going to get 3200xl for 325 you might as well get 3700eb for 340. Otherwise, go down to 3500eb for the price.
Not entirely sure of this, so I would want someone to back this up before you make a buying decision off of it.

IMO, i think OCZ are overpriced.

I just set up a new system, A64 3400+ 1MB Cache CG stepping using the new PC4000 Crucial Ballistix and it runs like a charm.

with the crucial RAM, u can run it at 2.2.2.6 at PC3200 too!!

I really like the MSI K8N Neo Platinum, that is a good choice for your mobo. As far as the ram goes, first how much do u plan on overclocking?

It depends, i would think somewhere around 230-250 "FSB" would be nice, if the memory doesnt stop me, right now I've got a P4 2,53 with ddr266 so thats what stops me with my rig. It also depends on what NC I get, 3200+=11x and 3000+= 10x so it would be in the area between 2300 and 2750.
