Best memory for 1:1 overclocks on 939 AMD's

I am finally purchasing my system in a few weeks. As soon as the MSI 939 Nfroce 250 ultra board comes out. Here soon! I have a Koolance watercooling case and I am getting a 3500+. I am undecided about the memory however. I want to simply raise the HTT until it can go no higher (Lower the HTT multiplier to 4) while keeping the memory 1:1

My ideal goal. 3500+ at 233 x 11= 2563 (HTT at 233 x 4)

My realistic goal. 3500+ at 225 x 11= 2475 (HTT 225 x4)

Or should I go with low latency PC3200 memory and do this?
3500+ at 250 x 10= 2500 5:4 memory divider and (HTT 250 x 4)

What memory do you all think could get me there with the most reasonable chance at compatibility. I know the board isn't out yet but any suggestions would be great

My thoughts so far are either OCZ or Corsair at PC3700 or Corsair 2-2-2-5 Low Latency PC3200.

Best overclocking way to go? Thanks for your replies

AFAIK A64 isnt starved as much by bandwidth as the XP is, or the P4. I would personally go with lower latency ram and divider 5:4

thanks. That was what I was kind of leaning toward. I knew about the bandwidth starvation (or lack thereof with AMD 64's) but I couldn't help dreaming of 233 x 11 for my new rig lol
