Best memory foam topper out there?

There was a huge thread about it, but what was the final judgement?

I've bought $50 specials from overstock but am jealous after trying out my mom's new bed (traditional bed with a latex and memory foam pillow top). What's a good company to look for? Good thickness?

i've heard that latex > memory foam.

with that said, i have a 2" memory foam topper because my wife likes it ... and it was given to us by a friend. i like the feel, but it makes me really hot. i plan on replacing it with a latex topper in the near future. from what i hear, they don't hold heat like memory foam.
