I don't know about coolest boss, but Metal Man had the best weapon. Virtually unlimited ammo, directional fire, and good damage. Not to mention that a single one of his own blades kills him in the rematch.

I did like magnet man's weapon more though because it was "metal seeking" and you could just stand there and shoot it and hit everything.
