best mboard of the 2

just wanted to know which was best out of the abit ic7-max3 or the asus p4c800-e deluxe.

either is a good choice, I had an IC7 Max 3 but I was changing CPUs alot so I got the P4C800E Deluxe.

HSF install and removal is a PITA with the Abit board.
