I need to know what is the best motherboard for an Intel PIII 800 and why

If you are planning on overclocking, most will recommend the CUSL2 - If you're looking ofr a good reliable board, The CUSL2 seems to fit there as well.
 
Such a broad question.-Asus, MSI, Intel, Gigabyte,AOpen -they all have good solutions at this point, Depend on use, and $$, MSI is best value right now, from Onvia approx $109.--Check reviews on this site, and GamersDepot.
The BIOS on most 815 boards have matured -and you should be succesful with your choice.

I'm looking for another mobo, already have 2 CUSL2s, they're kind expensive, I'll probably try the MSI 815E Pro, it's a lot cheaper... and almost the same features as the CUSL2..
