For overclocking an INTEL CPU take a look at the ABIT motherboards. I have built one machine using the BH6 and three using the VH6. The VH6 has the Via Apollo chipset. The beauty of the Abit boards is the Softmenu controls. These allow you to tweak the voltage and FSB speeds without having to mess with jumpers. As to processors, both the Celeron II (566 is the best PPGA bang for the buck) and the Coppermine Pentium III's have been sucessfully overclocked by many. Good luck.
