Best MB for 2.4c?

I'm puting together a list for my new computer, it will be a 2.4c, 1gb geil 3500, 9800 pro, etc., etc. I'll be overclocking it, nothing too extreme however. I've been looking and I can't decide on a motherboard. I'll be gaming, overclocking and just browsing with it. So I ask, what MB would be best for my situation? Thanks.

get the asus p4c800e. It is one of the most stable boards, with great features that you can get.

I've had great luck with my IC7-G but I'd also consider the Asus , both have good and bad points.
ABXZone forums are a good source of info for Asus, Abit forums for the Abit.
