I'm looking for an matx board with good overclocking capabilities, DDR400 support and SATA support. I'm pretty much trying to move my system in my sig (or most of it) to a smaller board. Any boards like this exist?
 
The only nF2 mATX good for overclocking I am aware of is the Biostar here no native or onboard SATA but a PCI card is really cheap. I'm pretty certain 400DDR isn't an issue with the IGP disable too.
 
The Shuttle MN31N with a custom bios can overclock ok. Have my 1600+ (palamino) at 1.63 Ghz which isn't a bad overclock. No SATA ports though.
