Best MAME GUI Windows frontend?

GameEx is what I use for my MAME cabinet and it is by far the best I have used.

If you are simply looking for a frontend for your desktop PC then IV/Play or MAMEUI are more than good enough.

One of those, PS4/Xbox, Chevy/FORD, PC/console questions 🙂 I cant believe this thread is not all spammed out.
As with all things its preference. The hot one right now seems to be Hyperspin, its probably the most configurable, but most people assume it just does wheels. GameEx is also a good one(as stated already) and one of the few I felt was worth a licence, and arguably the fastest one if you are running a slower PC. AtomicFE is also nice (and has one of the most helpful devs I have ever seen). But these three are DO-ALL's overkill to speak. Something Like mGalaxy or EasyMame are quick and simple. Take a look at youtube and see what they all look like.

I run Hyperspin in my DO ALL machine and GameEx in my MAME only cab, and like them both.

What's the best choice if I want to use an old PC, boot Linux, run Mame and have it automatically run a specific game?

commandline no need for a front end, just make a file "mame -baddudes"

i dont remember all the commands (its not as simple as my example) but that is it.. make yourself a few icons and attach to commands , bingo.
