Those of you who ship lots of stuff know that as of the latest postal rate changes, electronic delivery cofirmation is free (priority) or 12 cents (other packages), versus 40 or 50 cents for manual delcon.
That's not much difference, but it did make me curious about software that would let one use the electronic option. I found file DCVEND1.PDF at http://ribbs.usps.gov/files/vendors/ , which lists software certified to allow linking to USPS's electronic database...
My question is, have any of you tried any of these packages? What do you recommend? Do any of them (or any others) come reasonably cheap?
