Best low resource DVD Playback software?

Alright OT brotheren & sisterhood I've got a low end lappy with not enough memory that I recently installed windows XP on and I need the best low resource DVD playing software I can find. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i think he meant to say Media Player Classic, which doesn't need a separate dvd decoder

correct. it's a nifty little player and regularly recommended (along with VLC) 'round these parts.
