I'm looking to beef up my GPU power, but I'm limited by available space in my micro-ATX tower

This is my current card (Radeon HD 4670):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-244-_-Product

It is low profile (height and length) and takes up only 1 slot, which was perfect. But it's really showing its age.

What would be a good direct replacement for this card that doesn't take up any more space? Bonus if it also is quiet. I'm looking to spend less than $200, but my budget is flexible.

I may be able to re-arrange my PCI slots a bit and get two slots of space for a video card. If I can do this, what are the best cards I can get? (Still low profile though)

Or is there anything coming to market in the near future I should wait for?

Sapphire makes a low profile HD7750 with GDDR5. If you prefer Nvidia, Zotac makes a GTX650. That's the best you can get.

(there is a low profile HD7850 out there, but where to get it no one seems to know)

I'm pretty sure there is a low profile GT 640 available.
(7750 listed above may be more powerful...I don't know off hand)

I owned that Sapphire 7750LP - darned fine card, not overly loud fan, no power connectors, etc...

I'd do it again in a hearbeat!

Thats a dual slot card, not single slot which the OP asks for.

He mentioned he may be able to make room for a two slot card if it was good enough, so I listed it for him as an option.
