Best low power consumption AGP card?

I have an HP Pavilion desktop from several years ago, but it only has a 250W power supply. Which AGP card would be recommended for this machine? My budget is around $100 or less if possible.

Here are my relevant specs:
Athlon XP 2800+
120 GB HDD
1 DVD-ROM drive
1 CD-RW drive
512MB PC2700 DDR RAM
GeForce 4 Ti4200

I know it's pretty old, but I would still like to get a bit more use out of it. Doing a complete upgrade would not be worth it to me since there are only a few games that interest me (Oblivion, Dark Messiah), and I'm not that much of a hardcore gamer.

Low power consumption AGP & decent framerate + IQ in Oblivion/Dark Messiah are going to be a tough combination ... the best bet is going to be an AGP 7600GT if you really want good performance, but it'll set you back at least $165-$175 and will be somwhat crippled by your cpu... the upside should be decent resale value when you upgrade to PCIe ... a 7600GS would be a lot cheaper but quite a bit slower too & the next step down would be a 6600GT.

The 6800XT's performance is in between the 6600GT & the GS, but its a serious power-hog compared to the other three cards and it gets very hot, just like its bigger brothers.
