I've seen some awesome pics that people have taken with this camera. I'd like to see what some of you guys have taken with them. Just a chance for you guys to show off your best work 🙂
 
Since we recently purchased a Canon i560 printer I plan on taking higher res pics, so I'm holding out for a Hot Deal (~$300) on a A80 or S400.

I think that's do-able if/when OfficeMax.com carries the A80 (they currently offer the A70 for $299 - $50 coupon = $250).

Dell Home currently has the Canon A80 for $399 - automatic 10% off - free shipping - no sales tax in most states = lukewarm deal

1600x1200 macros, IIRC. I had just gotten the camera and was snapping pics of random stuff in the yard so I'm not quite sure what the other settings were.😱

Any tips on how to take a macro shot, my macro shots always comes out blurry ...

yea, I am gonna wait. but I think car come first. maybe RossMAN can tell me how to get a good car for below $2000 😀
 
has anyone gotten the cool lenses and stuff for the A70?

I'd wait for the A80 but I needed to get an xmas gift for the gf and $400 was a bit too high.
 
These were taken with my A60..

I'm not really satisfied with this series of pictures for some reason. It seems that many of them are blurrier than macros I have taken in the past.

Ok well, home.comcast.net seems to be down, so screw it.
