Best Loan Consolidation Company

Come January I will be getting my final dispersement and then I will be consolidating my loans. My brother uses Sallie Mae. Do you guys have any suggestions in this field? I have one 15K at 10% (ouch) and another 15K at 2-8%. What are my chances of getting around 30K at 3 or 4 %?

Nice rate, I'd be happy with 3-4%, but 2% would be super kickin.
