I want to boot my Windows machine using a Live CD so that I could transfer files from a NTFS partition and transfer them to a my Mac. Any ideas?

Come on! It isn't by LIVE nor does it contain "live" in the title. It shouldn't even be considered at the same level as the other offerings.

Ubuntu Live CD works for me when it comes to moving files from ntfs to anything I can mount.
