Best little CPU meter that recognizes dual processors?

Its cool because I can burn a DVD download a mess of files, watch a movie and browse anandtech without any slowdown at all. I'm not sure if that's possible on machines without dual processing (of the equivalent mhz speed).

On another note, you consider the day you graduated law school as one of the best moments ever? I was drizzunk that day!
