I'll make it easy!

Budget: $700 - $1000 (before tax)

Needs:
1. Has to have a HD Tuner to get HD Channels off the air as I can't make the investment per month to get digital cable D:
2. Had to have as little of lag as possible as I play with an xbox360 and personally could not handle the high delay of some tvs (I'm picky sorry)
3. DVI Port for a computer to be connected (I don't think my vid card in the computer I will have connected is HDCP compliant if that matters)<--Not Needed anymore b/c of HDMI to DVI adaptors being cheap!
4. I may buy a ps3 in the future for the Blu-ray player and of course games, so HDMI is needed.

Wants but not set in stone:
1. 32" or bigger 46" is too big and most likely out of my budget anyways.
2. 37" probably perfect for the room but I would settle for 32"
3. A good warranty on the TV (I really don't want to have to buy one through the store), I know some samsungs and sony's have about 3 years out of the box and there may be others

Already have:
Onkyo 5.1 Surround Sound
Sony 5 Disc Upconversion DVD Changer(connected with components to current tv)
Xbox360 Premium(without HDMI, connected with composite cables to current tv but has the component cables for the unit)
Logitech Harmony 880 Remote
Current TV is a joke not worth mentioning D:

Thanks in advance for any responses! :D

Do you have a Fry's Electronics, MicroCenter, CostCo or Sam's Club nearby?

Fry's and CostCo are about 40 miles but if its worth the trip I will go and the Sam's Club is right up the road. I live outside of Austin, TX. The closest MicroCenter is in Houston I think and going there is out of the question just too far.

The only problem with your list of needs is that likely you wont find a TV with a DVI port. However you *should* be able to use a DVI->HDMI cord to almost any TV with an HDMI port without issue.

My suggestion is look into the 42" Magnavox at Costco for 999.99. Its 1080p which is incredibly useful for computer usage (since 720p is lower resolution than a 19" Monitor). Also coming from costco, you get the 2 year warranty on the TV, plus 90 days no hassle returns.

Well I don't really need a DVI port it would just be nice so I didnt have to buy an HDMI to DVI adaptor, but I was looking online and they are pretty dirt cheap so that really doesn't even matter.. I think low response time may be the most important thing on the tv..plus having 1080p seems like a good idea too..
