Best LCD For Under 200$ ?

What is the best monitor I can get for under/or ~ 200$ ?
It has to be at least 20"

I currently have an LG 203WTX (20"), and I will be mounting those 2 lcds on an lcd arm mount support for on my desk.

Will probably order from directcanada.com to save some shipping costs and taxes ( only have to pay 5% instead of 12.5%) and free shipping on orders above 300$ (i have a bunch of other things to order).

take a look in the LCD thread. i havent looked in a while because im pretty much set for info i need on monitors until the ones i regularly recommend or look into getting are discontinued, but every time i have checked it has been relatively up to date and there is always good information.
