My Friend is looking into buying an LCD for gaming and I was looking for some suggestions from you guys. Price is not a problem, but also post good price/quality ratio monitors too.

What size ?

Hercules Prophetview 920Pro Dvi (17") is a good recommendation. It's using the Hydis' 20-ms panel that has achieved famous due to its good performance in gaming (see Tom's Hardware i.e).
