Best launcher application?

I was hoping someone might be able to come up with a good solution for me. I want a launcher that has the following features if possible:

- Be able to have pulldown menus with multiple shortcuts (like say I have folders that I have shortcuts to and I want to group them by subject (work, personal or whatever)).
- Have the ability to accept text inputs as a launcher - let me start typing the name of a folder that i have a shortcut to and open that folder for me.

I was looking at Launchy, but I'm not sure that I could live without the clickable launching part, but I love the text based entry for them. Anyone have good solutions they use?

Find and Run Robot

It's an amazing program and I like it better than Launchy. It can search for programs, folders, files, etc. and can be completely customized.

Better yet, the results can be started with the numkeys.

+1 for FARR. I've been using FARR (Version 2.53) and it's an excellent light piece of software. Perfect for searching and finding documents, folders and programs etc. when you need them. It's also got a load of customizable options which is great.
